Welcome to Tree House Collective! These simple guidelines are here to help everyone enjoy a safe, comfortable and memorable stay while preserving the peaceful charm of Sainj Valley.
By making a reservation or staying at Tree House Collective, guests agree to follow these Guest Guidelines & Property Policies:
Check-in & Check-out
• Check-in Time is 12:00 PM
• Check-out Time is 10:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Property & Location
• The property is located in a remote Himalayan valley surrounded by forests, orchards, and natural landscapes.
• Road conditions, traffic delays, landslides, weather-related disruptions, and government restrictions are beyond the property's control and may impact travel plans.
• Snowfall, weather conditions, mountain views, and wildlife sightings are seasonal and cannot be guaranteed.
• As part of the Himalayan landscape, you may occasionally encounter insects, birds, monkeys, stray animals and other wildlife. While we take reasonable measures to maintain the property, these are a natural part of the destination.
Safety
• Both accommodations feature stairs, elevated decks, balconies, and attic sleeping areas. Please exercise caution, especially when travelling with children or elderly family members.
• Children must be supervised at all times around stairs, balconies, elevated spaces, and natural terrain.
Personal Belongings
• Guests are advised not to leave food, personal belongings, or valuables unattended in outdoor areas.
• Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings, vehicles, cash, valuables, and other possessions. The property shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or misplacement of such items during the stay.
Property Care & Additional Charges
• Room heaters, bonfire arrangements, and certain optional services are available on request and may incur additional charges.
• Any additional guests must be approved by the property in advance and may incur additional charges.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furnishings, fixtures, amenities, décor, equipment, or other property assets during their stay.
Visitors, Pets & Conduct
• Unregistered visitors are not permitted inside guest accommodations without prior approval from the property.
• Please keep noise levels low, especially during evenings, so everyone can enjoy the peace and serenity of Sainj Valley.
• If you're travelling with pets, please ensure they're supervised at all times and that they don't cause damage or disturb other guests.
• Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow guests, staff, neighbours, local residents, animals and the property. Any abusive, disruptive, illegal or unsafe behaviour may result in refusal of accommodation or termination of the stay, without refund if applicable.
Photography & Events
• Commercial photography, videography, drone shoots, content production, events, gatherings, or professional filming activities require prior approval from the property.
Connectivity & External Factors
• As part of the mountain experience, occasional power fluctuations, internet interruptions and mobile network issues may occur.
• Tree House Collective cannot be held responsible for disruptions caused by weather, road closures, landslides, natural disasters, wildlife activity, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
