Cancellation & Payment Policies

We want booking with Tree House Collective to be simple and straightforward. The following terms apply to direct reservations made with us.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 14 or more days before check-in
Full refund of the amount paid.
Cancellation between 14 and 7 days before check-in
A charge equivalent to 50% of the booking amount or one night's tariff, as applicable, will be retained. The remaining eligible amount will be refunded.
Cancellation within 7 days of check-in
No refund will be provided.
No-show
If a guest does not arrive for the confirmed reservation without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided.
Payment
We generally request the full booking amount at the time of reservation.
A minimum payment of 50% of the total booking amount is required to confirm a reservation. If only 50% is paid at the time of booking, the remaining balance is payable at the time of check-in.
A reservation is considered confirmed only once the required payment has been received and confirmation has been provided by Tree House Collective.

After making a payment, please share the payment confirmation or screenshot with us so that we can verify the transaction and confirm your reservation.
Date Changes and Rescheduling
Requests to change the dates of a reservation may be considered when made during the free cancellation period.
Date changes are subject to availability and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
A date change is not considered confirmed until it has been agreed to by Tree House Collective.
Third-Party Bookings
If your reservation has been made through a third-party booking platform, including Airbnb or another booking service, the payment and cancellation terms applicable to that reservation and platform will apply.
For such reservations, please refer to the cancellation policy shown on your booking confirmation.
